Why are dabblers even in discussion? Make people WANT Master Pistoleer!! MAKE IT A REQUIREMENT. People, this should be fair. You can't have your cake and eat it too (Dual Wielding MBHs). Make it so a TRUE Gunfighter gets the ability to fire two guns at once.
Off Topic: also, a petty wish list type thing... It'd still be awesome if we could get holsters. I've always tried to push the idea that the 'holster' has one slot for a pistol, and basically you walk around unarmed. When you are aggroed, that pistol what is in that slot gets armed automatically. It would just add that little bit of authenticity to the game. I always thought it'd be rad to walk around with a holster strapped on. I was actually expecting it when I read about the game, was dissapointed it wasn't in the game when I started playing.

If we have to have a downside for one of these two, go with B. Why? We ought to be able to 'try' and shoot things beyond 32m even if our ability to really 'hit' sucks. Besides, I can't even begin to imagine a situation where I'd willingly ditch the extra 32m unless we had some incredible ability to dish out damage after that.

This is the best example for democracy is not a good idea!!!
stop the voting and do what is good for our proffession Maxx. people dont know that dual wield would become underpowered and so unbalanced when we have to get the acc nerf cause its of course a lesser nerf then range.
let me explain you B voters :
when you get powerful dual wield and only an accuracy nerf people will easily be able to add accuracy by using food or dabble in other proffession so this would just hit the pistoleers who not dabble.
result : dual wield would become not as strong as it should be for a special that helps us to fight out of dangerous close combat situations. even when it not lose power at going live after people start crying for to nerf it cause they can easily get owned by a pistoleer dabbler spamming dual wield specials we lose again what we were waiting so long for.
about A : when we are hard capped by this dangerous range which opens the area for higher tactics and a not so easily win for us ...yes then and ONLY then dual wield could become that powerful as it should be.
i just can hear all the crys and see the final nerfs we get when we get such a power which is not balanced by a cap. and accuracy is not really a cap its so easy to make it so that it wont be a problem.
please make up your mind people or Maxx stop the vote please we bet on you.
I see some people thinking that they will own by macro/spamming specials with dual wield but dont forget about the future even when it would be so dont think you will have it for long.

Definetly B. God I never even considered this factor... Even though I voted B on my first time out... Realistically, I'd sure hate to be strolling around, and be fired at by some dude at 60 or so meters, and NOT BE ABLE TO SHOOT BACK without running TOWARD THEM. We'd get our heads blown off!! Hell ANY gunman worth his salt would rather fire back at least to distract, even if he was highly unlikely to make a hit.
Which brings me to another thing, there needs to be realistic 'cover' out there. Sometimes I'll fight a group of Dune Crawlers or whoever out in the desert just for the hell of it. And I try to do it strategically... I'll hide my swoop in a ditch or behind a big rock, I'll creep into range where they can't see me... I'll duck behind a rock, and stand or kneel and start firing... sometimes the rocks actually provide cover, but there have been instances where they can shoot through rocks and I get hit. It sounds pathetic, but with this realistic fighting,I can get badly hurt or even killed, even by these blue considers, because I don't wear any armor on a normal basis. That's why it's sort of fun. I think it'd be sort ofcool if the AI would scramble and start kneeling and firing, instead of all running at me. It's more like a real gunbattle that way. Oh well...
