I thought it was 0,0,2,0 also but when I looked on the skills for pistoleer it was not listed as a cert. no were. Why?

Yeah, you get the certification at 0020 pistooler. About the devs forgetting to add the certifications, well, when i was a newbie marksman i didn't buy Leatherweight FWG5 cause its stats in the vendorsaid 'not certified'. Later when i become a Master Rifleman (right after dropping Pistooler) i never dared to buy Geonosian Tenloss DXR6B Rifles for 300K cause the stats list said 'not certified' (even when i was already a master rifleman). Later i saw one in the hands of another rifleman so i have decided to buy one. Of course it worked but how could i have known it?
