These are all good if most of them were true. Theres no way your specials are slower than a Command, at master I was doing 1 fanshot a second. And of course there is no way your slower than a Rifleman, while they have the potential to shoot very quickly, few utilize it.

Bewary, ok here goes.
Torso shot from my 400dmg scatter can hit people with about a 300-400 dmg fire, the fire goes away after 4 ticks, if they use one heal, it's basically done. This attack hits their torso, and how many people don't wear a composite chestplate?
Eyeshot, yeah this attack is powerful, but people bitch to you non-stop when you use it. You guys tell us to use it because it's uber, but you bitch when we use it because it's cheap.
Fastblast, 150-200 dmg to each pool per shot. 'nuff said
FKD, impossible to stick on master gunfighters. Its worthless vs people with defenses
Confusion shot, what good is this, it's not very good damage, and with people's defenses, they stop the states.
Spray shot, this is powerful if you get the person on the ground. Refer to FKD
LLC specials, 90% of the time they are dodged, and with 69% electricty composite, it's worthless in pvp.
On the other hand,
Stopping shot, I've one-shotted people with this and my highest damage shot on a standing target was 800dmg. This is fired every second, and 3 3shots is easily enough to incapacitate nearly eany opponet.
Fanshot, You can take out a group of people in the amount of time it takes to kill one using stopping shot.
I'll admit the majority of your shots are broken, but the GOOD shots work perfectly. Like I said before, I use stopping shot in PvP. I can kill someone with stopping shot before the bleed take effect.

If you're using StoppingShot over TorsoShot, you're making a mistake. TorsoShot is a 3.0 damage modifier Health-targetted shot (plus it has a great fire DoT as well). StoppingShot is a 5.0 damage modifier shot, but it hits a random HAM bar ... so only 55% of the shots hit health. Unless you can incap the opponent in one shot (good luck, unless the idiot has a very low HAM bar), you're better off using TorsoShot because 5.0 * 55% is less than 3.0. Plus, by the way, since you only have +80 Pistol Speed, you probably haven't hit the speed cap with StoppingShot (it has a 4.0 delay modifier) so TorsoShot is even better since it's faster.
I know that StoppingShot SEEMS great to you, because you can see those big damage numbers ... but trust me, rely on Torso and you'll be better off. Targetted is almost always better than Random HAM. If you get lucky and hit the same HAM bar each time, great -- otherwise you're screwed. I had both shots and always used Torso.
As for FanShot, it's an awesome PvE attack ... but in PvP it's purely situational. How often are you taking on groups of people who stand clumped together and don't move? Not often. 
If you're wasting time applying bleeds in PvP, you're probably going to lose. You should stick with EyeShot ... targetting mind is the best, unless the enemy is ONLY wearing a helmet. If you want to target action, try FastBlast.FastBlast isgreat if the enemy is low on action because it's guaranteed to hit the action bar each time (as opposed to StoppingShot, which will hit it around 30% of the time).

We can't, but you can with fast blast as Phil said.

The DoT of the torso shot bypasses resists, stopping can't.

The healing animation takes about 1-1.5 seconds to take effect, so for each time that guy has to heal himself you are shooting him at least once, and he is not shooting you. Plus the fact that he will be hurting his mind pool.
Toss one torso, then eyeshot spam to stack up with his healing he'll have to be doing. If he does choose to heal himself then he'll be helping you kill him.
