Rancor or a Master Commando with 90% Composite.

Night Sister huntress. I figured out I can swim faster than she can. Hit her with double bleeds then hit the water and swam out of range. got out and hit body shot 2 several times then dove back in and swam. Rinse and repeat about 10x. Also killed 3rancor tamers and 2 rancors that day till i screwed up and got in water shallow enough for the damed rancor to walk in. and you can guess the rest

well, I'm an MCH so I don't solo stuff without pets too much, but I guess the hardest SINGLE enemy I've taken without a pet is one of those random name force NPCs on dantooine, you know, 80% resist all, medium armour. it's hard to do that without the pets though, goes much faster if you have a gaping spider hunter tanking for you.

the most difficulty kills I got, not a single powerful mob, but a group of 5 untrained weilders of the dark side. I was in the cave, my pet stored itself magically and I was left to shoot it out with 5 nearly full health untrained weilders of the dark side. they were all standing basically right next to each other. I spammed fan shot, and my huge dodge bonus took care of the rest.
