Right now I have a modified Republic Blaster sliced and powered up to 366 max damage with 2.2 speed, I think it's really good but it doesn't have the accuracy mods or mind dot. That's one good pistol though

Where do you get Exceptional weapons? Same mobs that drop the non-Exceptional version?
