I dont know, thats a tough one, 1000dmg for even an exceptional weapon is pretty insane, I've seen legendary weapons that dont have that much dmg. Then again, most exceptional and legendary loots have several nice skill mods aswell, this pistol doesnt seem to have those, so im guessing the only thing "exceptioanl" about it is the dmg.

Legendary, and exceptional, weapons have been in the game for a while. They are ridiculously strong, but ridiculously rare. This is one of (THE?) first legendary/exceptional pistols I have seen.

The plus side? They are really strong

Down side? once they're gone, your never gettin it back.

They are purely loot, and cant be crafted under any circumstance
