the best i would guess some exceptional gun. But the DE10 was the only gun for a pistoleer pre-cu next to a geo gun offcourse. But for high damage it was the de10. I would love to have those 1337 guns to have some more better stats then your avarage fwg5 or scatter.

I don't get it. 85 and below SAC is not a problem to me. Are you humans THAT bad at regaining action? Do us rodians regain that fast? I never worry about dropping below 3/4 of my action, and I spam specials constantly. Body shot is my main attack, and I alternate between that and leg shot. Then a few KDs/roots/snares in between.

Well, I finally got tired of waiting to loot/buy some 170+ tissues, and went ahead and had a DE-10 made with 135 damage ones. Figured a level 3 damage slice would bring it to the mid 900s max damage anyways, and I could focus on SAC.
Final outcome was something like 86 SAC, 895 max damage, 2.35 speed. I've done the first two damage slices, and it's up to 930 max damage. Once I find a frickin Illegal Power Core, I'm hoping to get around 960.
The SAC is a little high, butI can deal with it.
According to the weaponsmith who made this for me, it seems the problem with DE-10s as compared to other pistols is that the base SAC starts way higher. Whereas a DL44 XT will start at around 90 (86 I think he said?), the DE-10 starts at 100. So that's quite a few more experiment points that need to go into SAC to bring it down into the comfort zone.
So maybe that's the simple answer for the DEVsmaking DE-10s not suck? Just decrease the base starting SAC to be the same as other pistols? I'm no WS, but this seems like it could help the situation.

Thats an excellent post, really informative thanks.
It was made public that they wanted the more iconic Star Wars guns more popular hence the current power in the DL44XT.
I still want to know where is Jango's gun?

I can understand this, I suppose... But I still don't think it's fair that the DE-10 is a lot harder to make (since you need looted parts), takes 3 tissues (as opposed to 1), and has significantly crappier stats. ![]()
