As much as I would love to say A, it should be something that is improved over time.

if people plan for this to only be effetively used in pvp by masters and high level pistoleers than why even leave it for dabblers come on more option A's.

It doesn't make sense that someone with Pistoleer 4-4-4-4 and MBH can't even dual wield two CDEFs.

at first i was totally for a, now i'm still kind of torn...........
if it were to be option b, there should be a VASTdifference in usefulnessfrom just dabbling and master (ie. only certain weapons could be dual wielded at master, really high handicaps from using two pistols etc.), also the skill set should involve at least two lines in pistoleer to make it so that dabbling in dual wield would just bea stupid thing to do
ps. no, i don't have a clear vote, just offering my 2 credits on how i think it should be done
