Thread: new DE-10 pistol with stats
That's my line of thinking too. I'd like to hear the stats ofresources used to make the gun and the stats of the components too, as both a pistoleer and weaponsmith. I would assume that this piece of garbage was fully experimented on damage/speed. Can we get confirmation from the weaponsmith who made this please?

But it doesn't look good. There are quite a few things that the weaponsmith isn't going to have much influence over: energy damage, AP0, and horrible accuracy.
The last thing we need isanother AP0, energy pistol. And this one would make a better doorstop than weapon.

Then Im no will bother buying it. With the factors of it being hard to get and limited use schem, and WS using resources to make it, the price they have to charge just to come even is more then we will want to pay for something that looks cool.
Randonb, can you maybe check with the devs, being the Coor and all, and see if this is intended as is? Or is there room for improvement while its on TC?

Ok, it's on TC and they can play with the stats but .... how does a new pistol with 0 AP and horrific range mods ever make it further than a discussion between 2 people at SOE who aren't on extremely potent hallucinogens?
Or ... maybe I answered my own question.
the gun is using 'default' stats: its not specifically set up yet.
in other words, the final version will probably be a lot different.
