Made and sliced the same day as the other two, my Geo pistol came out with an effectiveness slice. 2.9 speed, 150 damage, but the action cost is only 17 now.

I would love to hear the process used to get an EFFECTIVENESS slice on a weapon. Please elaborate.

Well well, i got this one sliced earlier tonight, needless to say i thought it would end up being yet another good weapon with a uber Speed Slice but....
