This is the funniest thread i have read. How bout judges to rank our kills. One of the categories could be artistic. I can't stop laughing Vgeist.

i want differeant shooting animations for different shoots, i.e. shooting form my hip, some rolling shoots, etc.

I'm stunning. In fact, the last few duels I got in were withImps who'd been hitting on me and not getting the "/emote flashes her shiny brand new wedding ring" message. (For the record, I don't suffer this any more gladly from Rebs.)

I do agree that it's disappointing that we always use both hands, particularly with a scout blaster...funny to see Wookiee pistoleers clutching withboth hands to a scout blaster likeit's so hard to control intheir big strong arms

Look, here's the deal. Some people obviously (as pointed out by another poster -- thanks) have some reading comprehension skill problems, so lemme break it down for you all nice and simple like:

1. We're broken, but have you heard anyone promising a fix? Let me complain about what I want to complain about. I could care less about incapacitating someone in a single shot (for the record, if you ACTUALLY THINK they're gonna fix that to fit it's description, you're crazy.). I want to at least LOOK reputable. Again, pikemen... they don't do nearly as well as any other brawler class, but they still look cooler.

2. We suck. Not as much as riflemen and carabineers, but SNIPERS AREN'T SUPPOSED TO BE SEXY. Gunfighters? Yes, we are.

3. My username is a reference to the band The Dandy Warhols... not to anything else.

4. I have watched Will and Grace several times.

What sucks about riflemen? AP3,HS3, mind bleeds,Conceal shot(best pve move,besides FD), Or could it be massive AE dmg? Or the fact they don't need to dabble in anything else to be effective(unlike pistoleers who need smuggler or BH to be as effective as other support classes) and could master CH or Doc? Or the Jawa ion rifle which can easily be sliced/powered up to 300+ dmg? Not sure on the damage, but I think it's around there. HS3+Jawa ion=pvp king. Tangle+eyeshot works pretty well...but HS3+jawa ion is just insane.

Carbineers have the massive HAM costs...yes. Nothing a little tat sunburn can't cure. AP2, 6.5 dmg modifier,KD with no time delay, all state effects....at the price of what? HAM? Tat sunburn.. or use rest of skill points to go doctor. Simple as Pie.

Oh, and whomever called me a forum nazi...might want to do a little reading up on the word "nazi".

The Dandy Warhols are a great band...It's really surprising to see somebody on here that's into them. Too bad their latest album wasn't that good.

As far as Dandy's Pistoleer comments, if you want to flame him as being homosexual because he wants pistoleers to look more Hard Boiled and less TJ Hooker, go ahead. It's only your ignorance on display. For all I know Dandy is a homosexual, what the *edit* do I care? Get a life people, and quit trying to compensate for you own lack of a sexual identity by targeting others.

There are problems with pistoleers, fine. But that doesn't mean Dandy's comments are completely invalid. If none of you cared about the aesthetic of this game or others, then we wouldn't need Radeon Video cards because we would all be happy playing text games.

I don't know much about the blind community in Star Wars Galaxies, but I think I'm in the majority: Those with eyes that work. So, if my eyes work and I'm going to spend hours and hours alienating myself from my beautiful girlfriend, I would at least like visuals that are beautiful as well. That was an attempt at some funny in case you didn't notice.

So, right on Dandy. I don't want static "Shooting-Gallery-Paper-Target-Stance". I want movement, I want action. I want to look like I'm in a battle and not like I'm falling asleep at the trigger.

Ruggedly hansome, pretty... same stuff. Look, like I said, please use Clint Eastwood in "The Good the Bad and the Ugly" as a reference point. That's what pistoleers SHOULD look like.

And wanting to look sexy has nothing to do with being homosexual. For the record, I'm not. I just want to look good when I'm shooting people.

Maybe I'm just mad cause I'm a Smuggler/Pistoleer... and I don't Smuggle nor do I look like a Gunfighter... kinda disappointing.
