i want my specials to work so i don't get owned in pvp anymore

giving the Ubese shirt and belt condition destroyed my skill tapes
the belt and shirt I had were pre pub 10 and now are useless

and there was a big differance on dant doing baz missions

They have condition now, so I guess all the old ones don't work or something.

i dont know about you guys, but when some of my items reach 0 and have sea's on them, they don't loose their sea, they still work. For instance I have a regular bandolier with 0/1000 condition but the +4 to pistol speed still works. And My ubese armor shirt didn't get any condition it still has nothing lol.
