the query "ranged defense" brings up articles relating to 'defense' (faction base/cross-profession defense stacking) and what is a ranaged stimpack. I think a short article detailing what the function of ranged defense is would help.

I know this is the wrong forem but alot of you are smugglers and pistoleers just like me so here is a question for the Knowladge Base: What do smugglers smuggle?



Also why can't I as a masterpistoleer even hurt a buffed player in full composit unlessI spend 5mil on a rare drop gun. (and thenI still lose)

Not sure if its approptiate for the knoledge base but I'd love to know the maths behind dodge, what kind of base percent do we have and what are the modifiers? Only it seems great against savage quenkers, but pap in PVP.

Also like a bit of explanation about pistol whip, again whats the base percent, mods ie 0% vs krayt, frankly disgusted if it fails against aRill and so on.

It is still important to make sure the knowledge base Here is maintained. We need to make sure it is kept up to date and if you have time to look over it please do. Post here or PM me if there are any changes you see that are needed. After the revamp it will be more important then ever to make sure folks can understand our profession, but what better way then to make sure they have the current knowledge now. I've looked over the FAQ and everything seems ok, but some of it is out of date and I will be creating a new one.

You can also access the Knowledge Base in-game through the Holocron (ctrl + H), but it has exactly the same content as the html version.
