speed caped is hitting all ur specials at 1 second,no delay. and to be speed caped ur pistol speed needs to be +100

Not necessarily, 94 is enough for us unless you find a pistol with a speed of 4.4 or higher.
Ya at 94 you should be fine for pistols. That means that with master pistoleer you have 74 and need another 20. The way to do that is to get BH or to get pistol speed tapes. BH also comes with some handy specials.

There are different factors to what makes something the best shot.
What is your pistol spped?
Are you buffed?
What HAM bar are you going after?
What is the damage multiplier and delay multiplier?
Is there a specific state/DOT that the shot gives?
Do you even have the required special?
What I have determined for me is that Fan Shot and health shot 2 are my best specials with some last ditch and low blow thrown in from time to time.
What is your pistol spped?

Currently Im aMaster Pistoleer &0440 Smuggler working on the BH pistol tree. I was goin to train it to 4 but is torso shot and the extra speed bonus worth it? If I train it to 2 my speed will be exactly 100 and I will still have the mind attack for PvP, and I'll still have points left over to do 1000 medic orkeep points in slicing for base takedowns. Do you think its worth not having Medic for the extra +30 in speed and Torso shot?
