I guess if he has alot of them laying around, as well as a barrel for each... not to mention the krayt tissues that went in as well ... 3 identical tissues per DE10 (well 2 identical power handlers, but you have to use one tissue to make the schematic for the power handlers)
superiour tissues and very HQ resources are what really make or break a DE10, otherwise you've got a very expensive, cool looking, slightly better damage pub blaster.

yeah thats basically what mine is. but i do have another schematic and a green text barrel. just waiting to luck into some uber krayt tissues

Green text?!?!? did you mean yellow text? or is this something different? Honestly... would like to know =) green text sounds interesting =)
with the blue background and the yellow text, it looks green to me /shrug
