This is exactly why we do not need a shot that damages a weapon. It has NO combat value at all against high condition items. Sure you'll be all tickled pink that you cost that BH 4% of his LC in damage (a whopping loss of acouple thousand credits) as you respawn in the tubes, but you still lost the duel. And badly at that...
Damaging weapons is worthless.
I was just curious as to what the Disarm Shot does? It says it damages the weapon of your opponent but I think I see it hurting the Health section (maybe the Action as well?). What if the opponent is a creature that attacks with only melee?

Disarmshot1 is just a crappy random HAM damage special ... it does double damage against lairs for some reason, so it's useful against creature lairs.
Disarmshot2 is a cool knockdown move now, but it's getting nerfed so don't bother. Pretty soon it will be a crappy random HAM special too.
