When you aren't maximally buffed, I suppose HAM costs are an issue.

Which leads me to ask: why exactly aren't you paying doctors for buff sets again? A 10k tip for a full set of master doc buffs lets me PLOW through faction missions where I can make that money back 5 fold in the space of a half hour.

And the buffs last for 2 hours if you don't die
