All templates, weapons, armor and skill modifiers suck equally post-CU, unless you are a fully templated Jedi. Have fun m8.

As sick as this is going to sound, TKM/MP/0044 Smuggler is one of the better range/melee combos. Melee and range defenses are in the 300's, without having to wear armor and not counting +25 in BE mods. You lose out on specialsfor both melee and ranged but the ability to switch between melee and ranged in a fight and being effective in both outweighs that. I don't have the numbers right infront of me but I know that regardless of arming a pistol or knuckler keeps the defenses over 300.

The bottom line is, if you're going BH, you NEED some sort of healing. Stim D's, even with Ruby don't cut it. With this template, you get sick accuracy, very good speed, and some cool "moves" if you will..Of course, my next template will be better IMO..

My current template is:
Master Bounty Hunter/ Master Pistoleer/ 4000 CM
It works pretty well, but I tend to run low on mind raelly really fast. I was thinking I may switch it up and get 0400 Carbineer or possibly even a tree in Smuggler. I really dont use my template to hunt jedi, its mainly just a PvE tank type character, works pretty well.

Hi i was wondering is any one is a
Master pistoleer master cm and rifleman 44xx?
i am at the moment master pistoleer master cm and doc xxx4
Grr they have nerfed both my healing and buffes :E
Just want to no if this temp is any good
would be nice to quickdraw and headshot spam
it should be realy nice damage

0440 Carbines would be pretty powerful with MP/MCM. Gives you a ranged KD, snare, and some really good mods to defense and general ranged skills. If I remember correctly, you'll also have legshot which I feel is better than headshot. Just another route to consider taking.

thx but how powerful is the kd skill? what damage does it do ver headshot?
with rifle 44xx you get a nice geanral ranged acc bonus and 40 ranged def to
+ you get headshot snipershot
