While I was soloing DJKs, I used critical/bodyshot combo. Later on, I tried to use the same combo on DJMs but only found myself stuck on 90% health.
This morning I researched the forums and tried quickdraw/placedshots and quickdraw/bodyshot and I wasnt even able to scratch the DJM

I know this is the wrong forum for this question, but where do you find these DJKs and DJMs?

lol, damn. Tried a few more times today, there is no way I can outdamage his regen with any combos. Guess I'll have to try pickup CM

Wasnt there a special that slowed regen? Or did that never make live?

You're thinking about Stun, it was supposed to stop regen, but never worked... now when it has been looked at again the Devs felt it would be unbalancing, hence the Concept Thread for Stun.

Just finished grinding MCM, any tips with using MCM? I found it still hard to apply drain and dots and keeping distance.

I only have CM 0004, but I find it best to apply these when the target is under the effects of a Stopping Shot. Especially with these DJM as 1 hit will kill you. My electrolyte drain and thyroid rupture last around 2 mins, Stopping Shot recycles every 30 secs or so, so plenty of time. DoT's can be tricky as they will break your root, but I don't have those (only the basic neurotoxin which with my med warfare eff never sticks anyway) so I don't know how you can safely apply those. Except to make sure the target has electrolyte drain on him and being careful not to come too close.

It's not surprising you miss a lot on a mob so many levels above your own, nothing you can really do about it. Do you have a shirt/bandolier with Terrain Negotiation or do you use Ranged/Melee Defense? I find that as a Pistoleer/Smuggler it's all about not getting hit, so Ranged/Melee Defense mods on my clothing are useless. That +25 TR really makes a lot of difference, but unfortunately it's also capped there since I don't have Scout. Still, it should be enough against a snared creature since it usually has low TR as well.

Is there clothes that cap terrain neg.? Or do I need to farm the seas myself?
