Dazes and Snares do, but Stopping Shot?

well me and 4 other rooters got owned by necro earlier.... i "missed" at least 3 roots... others missed at least 2 each... i thought it was just bad luck... maybe not

When a carbineer guildy and I killed him we justdrained him and kited him to death... I was shocked when he died so quickly to two non jedi.
