Can someone tell me what the deal is with multi-target shot? I try everything to get it to shoot, and it's randomly shot once for 1.7k dmg. Is it broken? Or is there some wack way to use it?

I actually have not been able to post since I started playing a month after launch and finally figured it out. Anyway just got master pistoleer today and love my 604 max damage DE-10
