I have finally gotten the DE-10 I wanted, after over 100 hours of looting parts in the bunker, after building & slicing 8 of them (still got parts for a few more though, but for know I am quite satisfied). After a period of unsuccessful barrel looting I couldn't wait longer and got 3 out of the8 planed DE-10's built with 123 tisse since I had a) become frustrated over the droprate of YT barrels and b) thebad luck with looting tissue.
First two turned out 392 max dam preslice, ie the two first of then batch had hit quitepossible the worst stats a DE-10 can have, to say, neither me or my WS was happy about it, but the third, oh my, a good barrel at last. Turned out 444 pre slice andI even though I was about to loose hope when the two 392 de-10's came out speed sliced, myluck once again changed and I wooped in a 32% damage slice. Needless tosaywith 776max damage when puped, Islaped on my ADK kit sofast my head spun. For now, the 800limit can wait and I am free from the bunkermadness for a while.

My buddy Bate (RankorCity) gave me a De10 that pups to about 540. Im still looking for that 500+ unpuped one though.

Well, are you just master pistoleer or do you also have the bounty hunter pistol line? DE-10's will always be slow, and as master pistoleer I am far from hitting speed cap on last ditch when I am not using my pistoleer speed ubeese shirt. A speed sliced DE-10 that will have about 2.5-2.7s speed and 504 max dam when puped will do moredamage/minutethen a dam sliced with dam pup, just becuse they are so horrible slow, and that pistolers has horrible speedbonuses.
If your going to pve as a pistoleer only, with little or no extra speed from ca/aa, then go for a good speedsliced DE-10, the same goes if your a pistoleer only pvp'er (how rare that may be) becuse it's better to shoot alot with max dam 500ish, then not so often with 770ish. Unless... your huntingJedi's, then go for as much damage as you can, becuse when you land a shot, it better do some damage.
however, landing 10k last ditch attacks, and the not so rare 14-18k is totally worth the feeling though =) I am just gonna whip together a nice pistoleer ubese shirt now with 15-20ish mods on pistol speed, accuracy, accuracy while moving & dodge and use as a base,and then put smaller aa's in my armors =)

Dont forget to use the Pistol Speed +10 stims...
You can usually get them from the bazaar (I forget which catergory, generic item rings a bell) for under 1k a pack.
A pack has 5 charges and a charge lasts for 5 minutes, so thats 25 minutes of +10 pistol speed per pack.
I stuck a few in a toolbar slot along with some PIstol Accuracy +10 stims and have a macro bound to a key that call both. So you get:
"You feel enhanced"
"You feel enhanced"
On the screen and can spam the slower attacks a lot faster, I use this as I only have Master Pistols, +5 Speed from CA's and +6 speed from FS Melee Speed.

The pistolstims are really nice, got a backpack full of 'em. Pistol accuracy also does alot for your damage output, the better you hit, more bonus on your damageroll it seems.

That's not a DE-10....it's more like a DE-10000000000000

335 unsliced and no PowerUp and got a bloody 29 or 30% Speed Slice!

Mine is 507 max. My 426 max got a speed slice
I ADK'd a 503 geo, it's nice for NPC's, and anyone who forgets a PSG at home.
I may have to go find some powerups now, I never used them before. Should get them up around 670 or so.

Yeah while playing I always have metallica on.
And yeah, with around 47% wound and torso shot the gun makes a hefty burn.
