my advice is just put the regular ranged attack on auto, it'll slip itself in there everynow and then and once low on action will let you actually regen some, personally i use spd p-ups, and keep my tranny pistol sac p-uped for holdout times, but
you would be surprised how much of a difference just using the base attack makes

wow it takes me about 1.5 min to get my action gone.... and thats with spamming quick draw/body shot.... guess that might just be the dif between manually spamming and having a macro spam for me

At the moment I'mlooking to get me a damage cap'd FWG with that fancy 65 SAC. Would +159 tissues be good enough for the weaponsmith to hit the damage cap (and hopefully a speed of 2), and still be able to get the 65 SAC?

I meant krayt tissues... Do I have to have gorax bones for an FWG? /confused

Well than... would +159 krayt tissue be good enough tohit thedamage cap on aDL44 XT (orsome other decent weapon that happens to take krayt tissues),while still being able to get that 65 SAC? (and hopeing 2-ish speed), or should I wait until I can get some better tissues?

+159 won't get you to the damage cap, you'll probably have something like 880 Max damage.A level 2 damage slice will get you very near it, and a level 3 slice will probably put you over.

Back to the SAC issue. I might be missing something, but last night I decided to buy a Heavy Lightning Rifle. For some very odd reason I was actually having trouble emptying my action with the 94 SAC rifle, but my 84 SAC pistol burns through my action in a hurry.

I just used 159 dmg gorax shards and I made a couple of 880 dmg/65 SAC pistols. I tend to make sure SAC is 65 and get the damage near 866 (for the 8% slice) to bring it to the slicing dmg cap of 935 (you won't be hitting 967 w/ a smuggler slice). I make 18 accuracy bonus pistols... but if I have any points left over, I try and place them into accuracy for the ladies and gents who like to use the well-balanced PUPs.
