I'm a Master Pistoleer and about halfway to Master Doctor at the moment. As far as my stats go I don't know the numbers but my health is maxed. Str and con are both floored. I have my action around 900, and both quickness and stamina fairly high. My mind is about 700, but will and focus are maxed.

The logic behind this is that there is no need for action/health regen since I'm able to fully heal myself with a good stim C. There is no use for strength since Pistoleers use none in combat and if you're using a 1:3 ratio pistolwhip, special attack, special attack you shouldn't be taking any damage. As far as pvp goes I haven't had any problems since nobody survives more than 2 shots. I keep a generator with me just in case, but it rarely makes a difference.

One thing to keep in mind for PVP is, doctors can buff your health and action and their substats by a couple thousands points each. If you know a good doctor, you may want to max your mind and its substats and let the doc buff the others.

Just something to keep in mind.

I dont remember my exact numbers, but I do know for PvE I have:

Maxed strength, constitution, quickness, stamina, willpower, focus.

I can outlast anyone in the game in shooting a mob with special abilities.

action -1100

and Mind is..-650

stam-400

quickness-450

str-300

con-350

focus-400

and willpower at lowest at 700

But I also have some med skills so I need to regen mind neway hehe.
