I would be very annoyed if they made PMD2 a posture change attack for two reasons: 1. If I'm going to posture down, I'll just use SuppressionFire, and 2. If I take a gun and crack you in the face with it you're going to fall down on your back not kneel like it's no big deal.Well thing is with supression fire 1, that ends up costing 14 skill points to get, and it's optional (great with rifleman btw ^_^ ).I guess knockdown would work, but knockdown is so easy to resist with people who's prepared that posture change would actually be better imo (since it doesn't have a higher resist unlike knockdown).
Except that Suppression Fire is more useful as a Posture Down than Pistol Melee Defense would be for two reasons:
1. Suppression Fire isn't a weak Posture Change; it has a good chance of success, so Pistol Melee Defense at best would be on par in terms of effectiveness.
2. I can use Suppression Fire from 64 meters, but I have to be within 20m or so to use Pistol Melee Defense.
