Yes I would have Low Blow.. But thats exactly the point.. you have no ranged dizzy.. So KD is pointless.. I need to fiigure out a way to completely max Dodge.. im darn close with the listed combo I posted.. 120 dodge. cap is 125.. then again last ditch is almost worth switching for heh...
