God dammit, leave my frigging title alone! jesus, I certainly don't like the fact that our specials are broken, but changing our titles from being cool to stupid for no reason is just insulting. There is no reason to do it, leave them alone.

We're going to have to make a bigger fuss than this if we really want the Devs to stop this before it happens.

Agreed. We need Randonb to go into the C-forum and let the devs know how we feel about this!

While it may seem inconsequential to some, hope for the future and the ability to roleplay a gunslinger is really the only thing that makes me keep my pistoleer skills. I love the image of a pistol-toting gunslinger roaming around the various planets of the Star Wars Universe. The titles we have heavily contribute to that, and it would be a shame to lose them.

Bah, I like the titles the way they are. Master Gunfighter sounds so much better than master pistoleer.

We still have "Gunslinger" on the Pistol Grips line. I'm looking at it right now on TC.

I'll tell the devs we'd rather keep the "Master Gunfighter" title, but as I understand it, it was done to avoid confusion. We aren't the only profession that uses guns. We aren't the only profession that uses pistols either, but it is our specialty.

Does anybody have a backup suggestion?

I sent a PM to Thunderheart and he replied saying he'd look into it.

Give them a chance to fix things before we start spamming Devshot 2

It seems like a small thing to fix. All we have to do is let our voice be heard and I'm sure they'll change them back.

if neccessary, master pistoleer could give us the "master gunslinger" title. its our coolest one.

grips could give us 'vaquero'. other ideas are 'vigilante', 'renegade', 'wrangler', and 'buckaroo'.

i'd like it to be vaquero if it has to be changed.

yes, i roleplay as a cowboy.

IVE GOT IT!

master pistoleer = master gunslinger

novice pistoleer = novice gunslinger

grips IV = gunplay artist / gunplay duelist (dodge)
