I've got a load of spare Krayt Tissues if you want to get a weaponsmith to make you a faster pistol with more damage than the ones they make with resources only.

As for favorite pistols, my DE-10 is mine now, it's not amazing damage, but I need a speed sliced one as I'm not speedcapped with just Master Pistoleer (you need to have about 100 Pistol Speed to fire specials from gun of any speed as fast as 1 shot per second).

I put an anti-decay kit (1 year veteren reward that stops equipment from suffering decay through use or death) on it, yesterday I solo'd a Gorax with it.

But then I do look fondly on my DX2 and Striker Pistols.

DE-10 got a great slice on mine and it works on nearly all targets now.

Before you go looking for a DE-10, MTVGen, there are a couple of things you should know about them. First, you are not certified to use it until you reach Master Pistoleer. Second, good ones are extremely expensive (several million credits, depending on your server).

Just thought I'd mention that before you picked one up and then realized you couldn't use it.

503 max damage prenerf FWG5. I last ditch sometimes for 6k dmg when the npc is FD but i ussualy stick in the 4k-5k range. Also if I notice someone in pvp has weak spots or bad armor I use it and usually go for the 1k-1.5k dmg last ditch or the 800 eye shots. Doesn't have the DE10 armor piercing but it still packs a solid punch.
