Guess it's just me that my CDEF pistol fires so slow on. :\

According to that theory my 3.8 pistol should fire (un-specialed) at :

(3.8*1) - ((3.8*1)*(86/100)) = 3.8 - (3.8 *.86) = 3.8 - 3.26 = .54 seconds

So I should fire every 1 second when not using a styled attack. That should be the same for every weapon I use I guess... acording to that formula, as long as it's a pistol... yes?
