I would suggest to first combine some Bounty Hunter skills to your template so you can add Torso Shot and Eye Shot to your skills. Torso shot is a nice DOT flame shot that attacks the health bar, while Eye Shot attacks the mind pool (non DOT however). Get yourself a good/great gun with a DOT on it like poison or mind flame. Even then, his fencer skills combined with Jedi will make him able to avoid just about all of your shots.

Unless you have a uber weapon and/or the Jedi in question sucks in PvP and is unbuffed, I hate to say it, but you're most likely going to die. Even if you do happen to rock him a few times with some DOT shots, he can Force Run his/her way out of any bad situation. The only thing you can hope for if it comes down to that is to have a faster computer system than the Jedi and hope he gets caught up in the lag of Theed.

Oh yeah - if you are fighting Jedi 1 on 1 - ditch the armour.

Yea, ditch the armor. Also buy the burst run food with (can't remember) like 90 recovery rate or above. If you eat your synthsteak well before battle, you will have the room to eat this food which will allow you to burst run indefinitely. The catch is that you must not ever get in the range of Saber Throw (30m) and you must not get a state such as blind, dizzy, intimidate, or stun stuck on you.

Early in the fight, stack three Torso Shot burns (yes they stack up to three times), BleedShot, Healthshot1, Healthshot2, and do it with a Republic blaster with the bleed DoT if you wish.

After that, reem them good with either Stopping Shot or Last Ditch. What happens is that it takes ALOT more Force power to heal all of their pools at the same time than just a single pool.

Supposedly, the tactic is to drain their Force bar completely... then they are weak. When they run out of Force, aggresively target one of their HAM bars.

Watch out for Jedi using holocrons. They can only use a holocron once per day, but it completely fills up their force bar.

Also be keen on using high detonation power explosive droids (50+ detonation power). You get the first strike, and Jedi CANNOT block these droid bombs.

Also, you will want to know something about your target before you strike if you really want to discover the times that they are vulnerable. You can also track them until their buffs run out, at which point you can bomb droid them almost dead from the start.

Some BH's also run a Deathblow macro that will DB a Jedi the instant he/she hits the turf.
