Prolly at least 1 mil per tissue (3 mil for the 3 tissues or more).

Make sure you use a DE-10 barrel with yellow text, not white as these can have hidden mods, like more damage.
I've got 3 Schems and 3 barrels now (killing henchmen/assassins in the DWB), and some 45 damage krayt tissues, but I'm waiting till I can loot some yellow barrels and higher damage krayt tissues before I try and put some more DE-10's together.

im doing the same, some guy wants to sell me 6 90 damage and -.395 or something speedfor 6 mill.... after reading i could get more for my money im kinda backing down...

You could actually get 500max Damage from 100max damagetissues & Yellow Barrel + 34% damage slice.
My 88+ max damageTissues and yellow barrel gave me a 370 max damage DE-10 prelice.

with the kraayzy klrayt spawns expect more of this, I have 12 yellow barrels with 12 schems waiting for the best tissues ic na find before i slice em.. have a 372 and a 360 dee already, but theyre pretrty quick, Im wiating to get some 106 tissuesin one and ill tell you how the slice goes.. though i rarely slice my owns tuff well..

I feel your pain - I have had 4 DE-10's sliced now all but 1 got speed slices, and the damage slice was 22%

I have 4 de10s as of now. First one I bought presliced, 428 max damage. The other three I've had made for me. 2 speed slices and 1 21% damage slice on the last, thankfully. That put it at 427 max damage, just a point under my very first. But, this time I had a Precision Tuned scope, so my chance to wound is 59.6%. I have tried it on a few guildies in practice and even without Torsoshot, it really is the gift that keeps giving thanks to that scope.

I wasn't sure until I asked my WS, but sure enough it worked. Guildy of mine did it with his too.

I don't really have any use for it, and I was hoping the money from the auction would help defray the (astronomical) cost of my new one. I plan to put an anti-decay kit on the new one, so I would have never used the old one again. My new one is 453 max, un-PuP'd.
I suppose it would make a cool decoration on my wall though.

That is a nice gun you got yourself. Was hoping to get mine up to that level, but only a 21% damage slice. Still, better than the speed slices from the last 2.

and it seems most weaponsmiths like to add 20 to ham costs at the benefit of... NO accuracy /rollseyes
i have 5 de-10's total (some very crappy, some pretty good) and all but one were scoped (i had the last one especially made and i told her to make it with a scope, but minimal HAM as possible)
the accuracy on that one? actually greater than all the other, and the HAM is about 20 less..... go figure lol
