I agree I have a tangle pistol with just as good stats. I don't see anything special about this gun other than its something that looks different.

Based on the way the Geonosians hold this weapon, I would have pegged it to be more of a carbine than a pistol. . .

Oops, the other thing I wanted to say was, why does it do stun damage? It should just do sonic damage. . .

anybody notice the cave in the pic? also does anyone realize what cave that is?
i've never seen that cave, and i've been to them all.

One postive, if the past is any indicator, dropped weapons are alot worse than their crafted counterparts.
On another note no armor piercing sucks, seems like a slightly upgraded tangle

Well, Also keep in mind if the schematic is much better then the looted, most composite is very bad against stun damage...So we will have a field-day with this as we dont really need light armor pierce.

We can only hope this is a sign of things to come. I need some new variety in pistols. I am tired of the same ol pistol with the same ol types of shots. I use 5 different pistols and all of them are getting old. I finally got a decent DX2 and Scatter, so that makes it a little more fun, but now I want this new one.....

I wish the Tangles on my server had stats as good as this pistol even sliced! If this is an unsliced drop weapon then I will be very happy with the damage output of the crafted versions.

It was said elsewhere that this would be dropped in the new Genosian Bio-Engineering complex on Yavin IV
