Well I'm not strictly speed capped, but if I want to spam stopping shot I need to knock back a few Pistol Speed +10 stims and keep em going for the duration of the fight, I've got about +5 in pistol speed CA and +6 from FS Melee Speed.
3. Be happy you even HAVE a DE-10 - most people never will...
These things are quite easy to get, theres a post on this board somewhere detailing how to camp the DWB and loot the parts you need... what I'm really whinging about is the fact that I used 126 damage krayt tissues and got a speed slice.
Those tissues are not so easy to get as a PIstoleer, I've got 6 more though... but I promised them tomy guildie rifleman that went krayt hunting with me.
They are sitting in my guild hall taunting me to use them.
