If you care what hand a fictional character holds a fictional weapon in, you need to quit swg and get a hobbie/life.
ps -I am left handed in RL

No i care cause it is another example of how they dont care, reason i wantto be left handed is atleast people will look slightly different, i mean we all pratically look the same, comp armour, everyone with any sence uses a very smallchoice of weapondary so we all look the same, atleast this would provide some differences plus btw im not lefthanded im ambidextrous so there lol

/agree
Us southpaws need to express ourselves in game
It actually shouldnt be too difficult, if they were to mirror their current motion sets (if its anything like computer animation), but I am not a game developer so what do I know.

I would also love that, but it would be very unfair. Restrictions would have to be added to the coding, like a big reduction in accuracy. Maybe on the third box of every branch you gain oneseventh of your current accuracy for dual weilding and also once more at master pistoleer. This way a master pistoleer could only dual weild with five sevenths of their normal accuracy. That would be a little more fair, and a lot more realistic.

ha, I just realized there was allready a thread for this. (sorry...noob)
anyway, it should be encouraged to use dual weild even if you have like 1/7 normal accuracy by giving you 6/7 more xp when you win, then 5/7 more xp when your accuracy is 2/7, and so on and so forth.

i made a post on the dual weilding thread on how dual weilding should be a new weapon, 2 guns that act as one, but its only a graphics change

That's a decent idea. It would be a lot easier to program in and then its only a slight manipulation of stats; however it would be a lot cooler if you could mix and match finding all different kinds of cool combinations of weapons. The whole reason I enjoy this game better than something like World of Warcraft is because it's deeply complex. I don't feel like killing brain cells when I'm on this game, but actually working to achieve something great. Now if only level gaining was a little more personal and not so much grinding this game would be amazing.

I would absolutly kill to be able to use my left hand. It has always bugged me carrying my pistol in my char's right hand. It just rubbs me the wrong way or something, but has SOE even aknowledged this concern? Oh well, I'm getting sick of the game again anyhow.
