Man... I invite tka's to fight me up close and personal...fighting them toe to toe is awesome...especially when you can beat them at their own game....I am a 4/3/4/4 pistoleer and a 1/0/4/0 bh wookie (so i can't wear armor)....and i have beaten a lot of tka's ...first and foremost its all about the kd...you get the kd then you are a step ahead...so first kd them (pistoleer)...and then give them a shot in the eye (bh)...then burn them (bh)..then stopping shot (pistoleer)game over...you don't even really have to burn them...but i do for good measure sometimes if the guy is an ass..but also you gotta look at their stats...if they are buffed on health and their mind isn't...then just kd them and spam eye shot...i know people hate it...but hey it works. Most of the time I fight unbuffed so i am only good for one duel at a time cause i run out of action bar...but if you are going to take on multiple people...buffs are a good idea. But anyways thats just my way of doing things.

I am a master doc/master pistoleer. This combo makes you a... TANK in PvE! With armor and buffs, you can slug away while surrounded by 4 rancors. I'm not joking, I just did it last night. It's kinda cool targeting the middle rancor ina pack, and then spamming fan shot until they get on you. If you do this, make sure you carry your cure intimidation stim and a good DX2, or else you will fail horribly. As for PvP, this is a weak template. I don't enjoy PvP, so I like this template a lot. And yes, the +20 speed you get atmastery is so good (it allows for the regular use of BS3 and SS)and is probably the single most compelling reason to get the master box.

yes i agree, the pistol speed is invaluable. and if u want to do PvP doc/pistoleer is a good combo for spamming fan shot. stopping shot isnt all that great in PvP cause it is slower and only hits one target at once. i have managed to take out 10 imps at once with buffs and fan shot. but u need the speed
