Don't forget, with the master pistoleer/ BH pistol 4 combo you can add the carbine tree of BH and get Fire KD.
VERY usefull to KD your opponent, fire 2 bleeds + torso shot (fire dot) while closing the gap. Then simply Melee Def 1 & 2 and finish with stop, eye, or torso shot.
