Thread: Geo Pistol Sucks!
Well did you guy one that was looted from an NPC in the cave, or one that was crafted by a player from the schematic looted from an NPC in the cave?
The looted pistols do suck. But the player crafted ones, can totally rock. I have one, and its the best pistol I have stat wise. No weapon will attack a certain pool for damage. The thing is, it's stun damage. AVerage composite armor is vulnerable to stun. Some heavy PvPers put stun resists on it, but usually only the head because of the nastey riflmen and their jawa stun rifles. the heavy PvPers who can afford it, get the armor with stun resist on all peaces.
So generally I use it in PvP, and use healthshots, and bodyshots.
Yesterday some guy was in coronet yelling that he had geo pistols on his vendor. So I venture up to his vendor, sure enough the geo pistol is there: damage 30-90 or something equally pathetic, selling it for 100K!
Haha i really want a geo pistol but not THAT bad...

I sliced a34% dmg upgrade on my Geo pistol. Gets in the 290range of Damage. It's quite nice andI have a few people drool over it. 
Testing it out on Naboo, i was hitting for 2000+ dmg.
Cost me 200k, but well worth it.

My 600dmg Geo pistol I can /lastditch people once per second and even with 40% stun armor they don't stay alive long
Geo pistol was a real treat. Learn to use it and it will be your best buddy

whats the stats on yours griggy? the one I'm using now is 1.5spd 370dam w/ powerup.. but if all goes well I will soon own one with 1.5spd 460dam wihtout powerup

You know, if you're going to be a smartass, at least make up an abbreviation that makes sense. It's a GEOnosian Stun Pistol--not GENOnosian Stun Pistol. But you know what was meant, so don't be an idiot.
