Yes, I picked one up last night to play with. It's funny to see your best range modifier to occur at 64m. BTW, I checked and the range accuracy modifiers are as advertised -- linear to 0. At 0 you get the point blank modifier (in other words good accuracy again) rather than the 0 range ideal (bad accuracy modifier), eventhough both point blank and ideal are at 0m.
If its broken, and these weapons actually work some day, this will be a terrific long range pistol.

I play on the Eclipse server as a matter of fact. Today Wuo, master smuggler, sliced my experimented Scatter Pistol i bought new for 125k from Kanae with 31% damage. I about gave birth to a small herd of cows right there in my seat I was so friggin happy.
Damage: 125-258 or 145-343 with a 33%/16% max/min powerup
spd: 2.1as
29.3% wound chance
AR 1
Acid damage
Got a better scatter? Maybe a higher damage FWG5 but the average damage (max+min/2) is nowhere near this puppy. And you dont have to be a stinky rebel to use it either!
When all is said and done my FWG5 does 367 2.1 and we dont even have the best pieces for it yet.

Yes scatter pistols are nice. Too bad they can't be used by pistoleers and really aren't worth bragging about on the pistoleer forums. Maybe you should go post your uber scatter pistol stats in the bounty hunter forums. Sure FWG5s have a low min damage. Guess what! That is one of the few choices thatpistoleers have, and most people like them the most for atleast PvP.
Better yet, go on the public discussion boards and post about how much more uber the bounty hunter's scatter is compared to the FWG5s, scout blasters, and DX2s that pistoleers can use. Please, I need more help spamming about pistoleers needing help.
I saw a bragging forum about pistols and decided to post the stats on mine.
I'm sure pistoleers will be given scatter cert. in the future.

This sounds like BS to me, best fwg5 I have seen on eclipse is 180 base dmg even if this gets a fabled 45% dmg slice thats 261 and then a 30% dmg powerup that is a total of 340 so tell us, who made this weapon and which server?.

I have a 333 FWG5 2.1 max, its using a 35% pwr up and I only sliced it for 27, so I doubt he is lying

i have to agree, my fwg5 is at 360 max damage with a 30% powerup,
its a 66-200 2.0 unsliced, cant remeber what it got dmg sliced to think its 260- 276 somewheres in there
and to the above about your scatter pistol, i have a few just like it, 107-248 dmg sliced, gets 340 with a powerup. also got a 108-216, 2.2speed unsliced made today, but it got speed sliced to 1.5 so i sold it.

I have an Enhanced FWG5 with a 30% Speed slice and a 30%/15% Max/Min Damage Powerup that is up to 77-411 2.0 speed. Its really not fair doing 3000 point stopping shots.
I also have a Legendary SR Combat Pistol that is 74-249, 2.7 speed. With 90% wound chance and HAM costs 5/10/1.
