its because in a strictly Ranged Vs Melee duel, you coudl kite them forever if we didn't have a hinderance. We need that so they can catch up to us... eventually.

I wish they would remove it too, but I don't see it happening. I hate how slow i am running with a bunch of melee players and they are carrying those big hammers with none?
