Why can a mob shoot at me while i'm on my bike and hit me but i can miss the same mob while standing still?

My futher thoughts...
Why is it that we get all this wide range of pistols, but none of our pistol specials have been fixed - even after a year of asking?
Why is it that the only pistols I ever loot from even my toughest enemies are crappy little CDEFs?
Why is it that DX2 is soooooooo ugly?
Why is it EVERYONE in the original trilogy uses a pistol and can one shot Stormies?
and most importantly
Why is it so many people on this board can't spell 'Dual' and keep going on a bout 'duel' wielding pistols, when currently even single wielding them doesn't work as intended?

A lot of people spell "wield" incorrectly as well; you'll see "weild," "whield," and "wheild" quite a bit in conversations about dual wielding pistols.
One extremely common (non-pistol related) misspelling is "ridiculous." Frankly, I think it's ridiculous that people think there's an "e" in the word "ridiculous." It's not "rediculous" people. If it was "rediculous" then "diculous" would be a word such that you could also "undiculous." No, it's "ridiculous," get it right!
