But if this is real, unless CSR's have special powers, how can he talk while incapacitated? And if they DO have special powers, to the extent that they CAN talk while incapped, why wouldn't they just make them invincible?

if he hit enter after typing before he went incap, it would appear that he is speaking while incapped...
