Thread: DE-10 Should be awesome and Master Pistoleer

Yeh so I saw a DE-10 for auction thought "I'll have that" and bought it there and then but its not as good as Pre-CU and its not Master Pistoleer cert. The devs try and justify this saying that its a quest item so everyone should be able to use it but im sure there are quests for Rifles/Carbs that cannot be used by all (Proton Carbine for instance). What you guys think? Should DE-10 be awesome and given the skills and requirements is deserves?

yup.
it's a dead horse around here. only thing that gets beaten more is the duel wielding issue.

Woo! We've had another dual wielding thread and another DE-10 thread today.

Yeh well I know its been done lots of times but only way to get what you want is to keep going on about it 
Neah but I thought DE-10s were awesome and then I got mine decided to spam guildchat "I got a DE-10 our all jealous now", "We dont care" they said "They suck" And this is when I realised I had to make this post and try and make the DE-10 right again. Time to make my guild jealous of my pistol

The way we do things around here, is you tell me what your issues are in the sticky thread above, I collate the information and take it to the Dev team. 
The DE-10is in our current top 5 issues.

Yay well then my post has no originality, I guess DE-10 is covered, so now I play the waiting game
. I would also like to see dual-weilding but theres a lot of posts about that too so we can only hope

If you've been a Master PIstoleer as long as some of the posters on this board then by default you're used to waiting.

I don't mind the waiting so much these days, now that I have nine, ok... eight working specials instead of four.

Don't forget no AP to worry about, I could just about cope with broken specials but nothing above AP1 just made me want to cry myself to the cloning terminal LOL.

I've had a pistol in my hand since beta 1. I didn't masterin live for awhile though, I did the music thing first and foremost. Even though it took awhile for me to master pistoleer, I've never, ever dropped a Pistol skill box. (I've dropped every other skill box I've had at one point or another, well, not counting the new smuggler skills from respec.)
