Howdy,
I have 3 crates of Pre-Nerf FWG5s, that are 1.7 speed, Min of about 60 - 70 and a Max of 205 I was wondering how much you would pay for these? Last time I sold them for about 250,000 but I have a feeling that is a bit on the cheapside.
Thanks,
Gwreng

The answer to that question is really going to depend on the server that people play on (certain guns are more in demand on some servers than on others, andcredits areworth more on some servers than others). You'd be better off posting this question on the trade forum for your server. Just title your post "Price Check: Pre-Nerf FWG-5 crates."
Good luck!

Probably not very much, in that case. Good luck unloading em!

Yea I guess I'll put them up for about 500K. I had some pretty good ones at 250K and they went well but I think I'm extremely under market. I think they go for something like 1 Mill these days.

on my server, you could get a geo blaster with better stats than that for about the same price your asking. not many people fight with only marksman skills which is why youd want an fwg5. assuming you have more than just marksman, you can buy a republic blaster with more damage and AP1 for very cheap on every server im sure. of course fwg5 is heat and all, but not too many mobs have ONLY low heat resist. personally id pay maybe 50-100k a piece for those. pls dont be offended by my low price but the really nice pre nerf ones were like 250 damage i believe, and those still arent anything special really...unfortunately

Yea I know what you mean, although if I remember correctly (I can't quite remember what the actual nerf was) they have a greater chance/% to hit your target than a regular FWG does. Although I am probably wrong because at the time I wasn't paying much attention so does anyone remember what they actually nerfed?

Those are nice pistols, and since they're in crates, they're obviously not sliced. A nice damage slice could push those babies up to nearly 300.
Personally, since I like FWG5s a lot (think they look cooler than DE-10s, the heretic I am!), and really appreciate Heat damage, and the sound effect they make, and the FBI-ish look (I'm a roleplayer, what can I say?lol), I'd personally pay 100k-150k, maybe even as high as 250k... But I have 5 million sitting in my account, so I'm willing to pay gross amounts for it. What I would be willing to pay doesn't necessarily mean that's what it's worth. I'd say it's worth 50k-150k on my server.

i believe the nerf affected the damage. they removed the option to add in a component which boosted the damage. so pre nerf ones could potentially have had like 30 or 50 more max damage. or something like that...

Yes, a pre-nerf FWG5 could accept something like 5 Power Handlers I think. That means you could stick 5 Krayt Tissues, or whatever serves as a power handler. Now they can't accept as many (not a WS, so I don't actually know numbers, lol) so their max damage output is reduced. The FWG5s he's selling are very nice, but they're already crafted, so the higher number of power handlers (the value in the pre-nerfs) is already used. Again, they're nice, but not uber. Just 'cause it's pre-nerf doesn't mean it's worth 500k. It's the stats you pay for, not the vintage.

I actually think I have a pre-nerf Krayt FWG, that has some pretty sweet damage. I think its something like min 75 - 100 max around 250. And it is unsliced. Too afraid to get it sliced and have it ripped off hehe

Just a thought, but different damage types may play a greater role after the combat upgrade so you might want to hang on to em for a little while longer. If they make heat damage more applicable in PvP they good go for major cash later.

My pre-nerf Krayt FWG5 has a min of about 70-80 and a max of nearly 300 as well. I nearly sh!t myself tho, when I realized that I had typed the wrong alias and accidentally equipped it during an hour long grind session.
It's condition is now some 500/800.
EDIT: Oh, and good morning, Percy.
Let the games begin... I'm out of here in one hour tho. Short day today.
