Destiny' made one two nights ago. Around 370 or 80 max damage. Well done though.

I'm assuming still energy, since you didnt put that in. 
Anyway, not to bad looking personally. High min-max, very high wound chance for pistol. But the HAM costs, especially action, are really high, especially considering that speed. Now since they said they designed it to be good AFTER the combat balance. So maybe it will rock then. /shrug
How were your resources? So-so quality, midium, or great quality? And did the looted barrell have stats?

Not the first, but definitely one of the earliest. This is about what stats we have been seeing.
Yes, the new weapons are supposed to be balanced with the Combat & Weapon revamps in mind. Yes, the barrel is supposed to have stats.

i'm not liking the speed
for a weapon certed at master it's really slow

Dak'Fre is a good weaponsmith on Starsider, so I'd bet good materials were used.

with wound% going up into the 50's, this DE-10 is going to become the Pistoleer's Flamethrower.

with those HAM costs this is going to be the pistol to shoot us in the foot until the combat balance comes in and evens things out lol 
can't wait to pistol whip something with it though

So... .where does one go to FIND some of these happy Pistoleer only gun-bits? Not that I'm a master yet... but it's never too early to start looking is it?

I saw an uber one on my server (sunrunner)
It had 400+ dmg (and i'm sure it is legit)
