damn button...

SERIOUSLY... they said they will fix it in the combat balance (like we all SAID they would way back) Why cant you all just enjoy your proffesion and have a good time with it?!?!? Sorry but im going for Master Pistoleer/TKM/Master brawler AND I LOVE IT!!!! i soloed a nightsister elder about 3 days ago using only int1 and a NICE krayt scout blaster... WOOHOO!!!! that was the LONGEST and hardest fight i have had EVER!!! lol i had a great time doing it too I kept her moving and just kept blasting her with health shot1 and 2. and body shot2 hehe. When it was all over i looted a REALLY nice NS lance with a health poison 368 strength and a health disease 181 strength.. good weapon hehe but the fun factor and pride of taking a Biznatch that tuff was the moment of the day!

I used fanshot at the tusken fort one night at about 3 am and with about 6 attacks on a warlord with just that shot (and knowing about shooting through the walls

) I had about 20 tuskens on me in SECONDS!!!

i had a great time running and fanshoting them all!!! When it was all over i ran around and picked up all my loot which included 2 force crystals!!! one twin and one regular

I was so happy

anyone else got some kewl stories? anyone that DOESNT wanna just complain have anything kewl that happened to them as a master pistoleer!!!

Seriously i wanna see some stories... NOT people B*tching about whats wrong instead of being patient and waiting for the CB

unless you're a master, healthshot1 is the only special in pistoleer that you are going to find useful, aside from the *occasional* PMD1 (onlowlevel mobs) or Fanshot (against multiple mobs). Healthshot2 and Bodyshot2 shouldn't have even been on your radar.

I picked up brawler and tkm so i could get melee damage mit. 3

nowonly pistoleers have access to that rare CDEF loot from meatlumps, it should be a group effort!!!

I was in a roleplaying PA, called IoP. I'd been one of the most active members of the PA, and had been designated as city planner.I spent the months before release planning out city designs and whatnot, and when player cities was implemented we were one of the first cities on our server.

Our city was doing relatively well, we had a good number of people and our houses were well organized ^^;;

Then one member left because of a complete misunderstanding.I told him if he wanted to, that he could give me admin rights to his personal PA hall in the cityso thatI could help him maintain it and help people add vendors to itif they wished(of which i have solid proof). I was around the city a lot more than him, but i was definetly not pushy about it.

Eenywees, he left the PA soon after. We had a big meeting over it, and they decidedI was not at fault. Then all of his friends left the PA. And our PA leader forgot to pay maintainance on the PA hall. About 2 or 3 months after founding the city, it was reduced to two or 3houses.

I made one last trip to my house, to pick up my things. On my way out, a Rogue Corsec base spawned right on top of where the city hall used to be. Bastards.

I took about 3 of them down before I was Deathblown. And lordy, did I feel completely useless.

In all serisouness, your probably right. Why keep whining? Lets wait till after the revamp to see what happens. Then let the whines continue.

ya should join the smuggler forums, we have our ups and downs but we are definatly the less whinny than most of the boards and no one crys out nerf that uber smuggler (well a few here and there do :smileymad

I'll admit that ever since every answer concerning combat professions has been "The combat balance will adress that" I've not been seeing as many interesting posts or had much desire to post in here myself (The Pistoleer board being my main hang out since launch). That being said, our problems have been pretty well documented in that time, with the speed, broken specials and accuracey brought up many many times. I guess all we can do is sit back and wait from here on in until the CB. Thankfully I have the smuggler forum, as Ender mentions, to read and put any creativity I have left in meafter ~~drinking myself into a stuper~~a day's work

I agree that people shouldn't whine, but if there are genuine problems that aren't well documented on this forum already (see specials status and our main issues threads, ie most of what's stickied), then people should be posting them in here.
