So after after killing merc's in the geonosian dungeon for around 90 mins or so I checked my inventory after seeinf the message you have completly looted all items off corpse. So holding my breath as I do when looting them in hopes I get that one drop every pistoleer wants, I take quit look at inventory. Low and behold yes ! I had finally looteed geonosian sonic blaster schematic.

Boy was I excited and very pleased. One thing had wanted to get since first of it dropping. So I quickly finish off rest of spawns in area and run outside the dungeon to look at my new treasure.

Making sure nothing jump me I sit down to look at my coveted prize. But wait I cant seem to find it, Hmmm I scratch my head was it possible I had miss read the loot and it was nothing more than a sword core? No I couldn't be that stupid.

Hmmm oh no I say to myself I haddeleted some trash loot right before I exited the cave. Please I say to myself dont tell I might have destroyed it. So I scroll log I see lots of cubes and other stuff I had destroyed....... Then scroll little farther and see; you have completely destroyed geonosian sonic blaster schematic .

They say big boys dont cry but as proffesional wookiee whinner I came dam close. Yeh I know others have done simular stuipid stuff but wowsers tough when it something you really wanted for months.

Well, I 5-star'd you out of sympathy. The worst thing I have ever done is destroy a container I just sliced that had a crystal in it.

I had something similiar happened to me. Not as bad as you but still.

I had a vendor and was dropping artisans skills. But just before dropping skills, I asked someone to put an order worth 100k in it. So when I came backto my vendor, I bought all the stuff and then deleted the vendor, happy to drop artisan...

What's bad is that I forgot to retrieve the items... Not really pistoleer related but your story made me think of mine.

Honestly, when i know i have something that big in my inventory....my FULL attention goes to what im deleting. Its just a sense to me not to do something stupid, i bet youll look really carefully from now on when you delete anything. you get smpathy from me but you coulda avoided it. So really its your own fault hehe. Im not flamming you just stating a fact

Back when holocrons first came out and everyone was paying 4 to 12 mill for one...I looted one off of a surface marshall....(shh, I have not even told this to opasish, er...AWW crap i just did oh well...). This is like what a week or two after they came out? I was so stoked...credits falling from heaven...I continued to gain my faction, and put the holocron in my back pack...I put all the junk loot in the same back pack...cdef pistols, treasure maps with no treasure...and when i finished up and was healing up,i went into the back pack to look everything over...my "haul" for the day...deleting what i didn't want...I wasn't paying attention and deleted the holocron, due to lag i thought I had selected a treasure map...I almost threw my comp out the window...but addiction and common sense stopped me...

Lesson learned, NEVER, delete anything in your inventory in a laggy area...ALWAYS pay attention to what you are deleting before confirming...lol ooooo i was so pissed at myself that day! I didn't get another holo for a month.

A friend of mine decided to leave SWG forever. He willed all his stuff to me and the mansion he lived in, but he never got around to transfering ownership of the house before he was never seen again. I moved all my treasuresover tomy new digs and plop a bunch of maintenance credits down do I don't have to worry about it for a couple of months and wait for my friend to make one last appearance in order to transfer ownership. One day I head to my new home and it and all the treasure inside was gone - poof - nothing there.

I figure he must have quit and deleted his char. It was about three weeks after I last saw him that everything went bye-bye. Man! Was I bummed out. Still am in fact.

Just wanted to says thanks for all the nice replys and that there is indeed a swg god.

After I found I had deleted schematic last night I said what the hell I have nothing to lose might as well send in a ticket. Low and behold even beofre reading csr reply I check my inventory.

There shinning almost as brightly of my tears of joy was a brand new geo sonic blaster schematic. It seems since it is concidered a quest itemCSR said I was lucky because for one time only quest items and only quest items can be restored. Went on to say never exspect this to happen again, in the future I am on my own

Well hopefully I have learned my lesson and will not need their help anyway. I hope )

Guess moral of this is it never hurts to ask the worse they can do is say no and the best to say yes.
