Hey yall

I was just wondering about the new de-10 pistol coming out. Do we know if it is going to be generally craftable or is it going to be a looted schematic? If its looted does anybody know where it will drop? It looks really cool!

I cant wait to see one in game!!

I am fairly certain it is dropped at the Deathwatch bunker. Not positive though. I would imagine it may also require a looted item to mfg it. Seems most of the new loot is this way. Although, I have heard the stats aren't anything special so far, so it may just be run of the mill.

both the (limited use?) schematic and the required pistol barrel are looted from the death watch bunker.

it seems to be a *bit* better than the republic blaster, cooler looking, and it fires blue bolts O_O

if u read the forums, u will see pics of already crafted ones, they were lootable for a day, when the black sun's and deathwatch were spawning.

yes you need the schematic, and yes u need a barrel, the barrel is the hard of the 2 to find.

ive saw some krayt ones wiht well over 300 max dmg...some of these with 30% slices and 30% powerups over 600 max dmg

they are energy dmg ap1

These will very likely be extremely rare, the barrels only drop in sets of 1 from what I have heard, and the schematic can only be used for one pistol.

Also the barrels have been dropping with no stats on them (this is a bug), this has resulted in the weapons being made with varying stats.

Orba Bunsen - Master Snuggler/Pistoleer(Test Center)

i looted 2 de-10 schematics but no barells as yet . i got them from black sun spawns on endor . apparently these spawns have been removed until the death watch dungeon opens however i have heard reliable reports on my server that black sun npc's are spawning on yavin near the geo caves as well as along the beach near the mining outpost . hope this helps .

I have a DE-10.

It destroys. I do over 600 damage in PvP with it.

600 damage?? with what special? Please tell me last ditch (since im a pistoleer/tkm/smuggler)

I hope your not talking about eye shot (i gave up bh pistol line a few months ago... still kicking myself for that)

Last Ditch. I fire it at once a second, turns out I hit one for 885 and 945 last night. Typically they are 590-630.

945. I love this gun.

945. I love this gun.

that is one awesome pistol...I just got my first geo pistol sliced last night...I can do 1500 damage with that baby in PVE...I can take rancors out faster than my group (of 10 people) can say 'omg thats nice' I know im doing the most damage cuz im getting well over 4000 xp on the rancors. Its just crazy and I fly through my action in less than 2 seconds....I can imagine how this pistol would be coupled with all the pistol mods a 0040 bh pistol would give....I love the new pistols...will be nice to get some more different kinds of weapons in BH...

There is a significant damage reduction in pvp (unless you are a combat medic, then you don't have damage reduction apply to you), pve numbers can get quite large.

Using a sonic in PvE is a waste in my opinion, rancors are vulnrable to acid, use your DX2.
