No one was treated unfairly. Wepps decided to resign and thats that (I was sad to see that actually). But I need to keep moving. There is a lot to be done so I have selected another from the list of candidates and by early next week, the new BH corrspondent will take over.

The lack of response is not the reason. The dev team is responding. (Please see JustG's letter).

I have a plan in place and we are moving ahead with that plan.

Briefly, this weekend, Ill be going over all of the correspondentfeedback (Wepps gave me everything he had)and next week, Ill be visiting all of the profession forums. And interacting with you to go over some of the finer details.

I will be gathering all of the information, asking some questions to clarify things and then Im going to take all that information and give it to the developers. The developers are going to give me andevelopmenttime andIll report back to you in my weekly updates and I will alsoanswer a lot of questions through the Correspondents.

So, the weekend has now passed, which means TH has gone over all of the correspondent feedback and we are now on 'next week'. We are on day 2, and still no word. I know, we still have 5 day's left for one week but I just thought it would be nice to put a countdown timer on it since we're being promised something and nothing that has been promised to us before has been delivered. This way, after the time stated, we can start complaining instead of waiting 2 months later...again. I'll post again on this thread tomorrow to bump it up and continue till eitherthe one week is up or until we see a post from a dev with fixes and a time frame for those fix's. Yes, a time frame, because I'm tired of hearing dev's say things like, "we're lowering your delay cap to .5 seconds" then two months later and we're still shooting slower then a master rifleman!

I agree with you ... we need more action from the Devs. Heck I've bugged them a bazillion times and I still don't even have Correspondent access on Test Center so I can test defenses.

Every time they make a new "post your issues" or "post your questions" thread for Correspondents, I keep posting our issues. And as you might expect, I'm pretty active on Correspondent forums. Plus I've tried talking to the Combat Devs directly. So I'm doing all I can.

The latest claim is that we're all getting answers to our top 5 issues this week. We'll see ... like I said in another post, I'll believe it when I see it.

That's why I'm doing this. We always get the same answer, that they will post an answer to our issues soon, then month's go by with nothing. Last time we posted something and asked TH to give us an answer he said he couldn't because he was to busy getting the correspondent program going, yet, here you are saying that he STILL, almost a week now (?), and you STILL don't have access to Test Center! Oh yea, I can see the hard work being done to the Correspondent program, like Phil, Don't expect me to hold my breath.

whoever is calling the shots, i assume ralph koster, seems to have bet on player cities and mounts to save the game rather than fixing all the broken crap left since release. i don't get it, seems like it would have been easier fixing the bugs first. this is the worse mmorpg i've played compared to EQ and UO.

Ive heard everything guys and I want to answer you all, but effectively, its going to take some time to get all the concerns on the plate.

Right now, Im working with the Correspondents to get everyones Top 5 in order...Ill be posting them in forums later on today to make sure we are all on the same page

he posted this today, still no reply to the top 5. Anddoes anyone know which correspondent he's working with? I"m not sure who is calling the shots, but SOE has a piss poor way of giving customer service. They can't fix bugs, they nerf when they should fix, they introduce a new profession when all the other professions are broken, They force you to eat when Food is still bugged and causing you damage in the end, and the list continues! To top it off they don't even keep their word. I'm still wondering what happened to our .5 delay fix for our profession!

To be fair to TH we shouldn't REALLY start giving him crap unless the week passes by without him "interacting with us" as promised.

We shouldn't give TH any crap at all. What is probably gonna happen is he's waiting for some dev to actually do something so he can get back to us, but the devs are incompetent twits so they wont, so then TH will be stuck taking the rap for something he's not responsible for. He's in a bad position, right between the irritated customers and the incompetent twits.

At least the vague replies don't make empty promises like SOME dev posts we've had here.

We were promised love 2 patches ago. I'll believe it when they ask me to pay extra for it.

Well I'd like to be optimistic that the dev's will at the very least respond! But alas, they're inaction speaks volumes IMHO! Basically they feed us what we want to hear and do what they want. We are all helpless and have very littlesay is what they do, even tho they continually get us to dance on strings by asking the correspondents for our concerns! Yeah Right. Until they can prove they're at least listening to us! They get a no confidence vote from me! I'll believe it when I see it!

No one is forcing anyone to play the game. If you don't enjoy playing SWG then don't play it. It's that simple. But saying that we're helpless and at the dev's mercy is a tad over dramatic. Ultimately, we have all of the control. If we stop paying, they loose their jobs. It's really that simple.

4 days left now. Still no word, but hey, they have a new BH correspondent, Trunks, the new guy on the forums. At least I think he's new since I have only seen post's on here recently with him telling us we're overpowered. /shrug
