LOL - I've been dabbling w/ it since launch. When I had to log last nite, I needed less than 3k combat XP for that last box.

Well coming right off beta... 1 day to get pistol 4... then about a week to master considering the best gun i had was like a 35-117 FWg5

It wasnt hard thought.. went from Kimas to JAx's lol, back when you could bleed 30 of them and kite them till they died

And what are folks hunting now?

I was thinking of doing Huurton Huntresses, as I've been doing those for my last melee prof (only 10% kinetic!)...but are they decent for pistol XP?

Also, which line is the best to go up first? The FAQ is very outdated (pre nerf)...and I'm already a Master Fencer, so I don't necessarily need the dodge mods atm.

Took me 2 and a half months, started august finished sometime later. Took me a week to get novice pistoleer but the rest was slow going.

3 months for me but I kept living my life. These guys who did it in 10 days...more power to you.

Great place to get xp is Fort Tusken. That alone might have shaved a few weeks off my time.

Huntesses aren't a bad choice, I used alot of them and Savage Quenkers....

You have the master fencer but for anyone else working on xp a tip I would suggest is picking up novice brawler and an intimidate/warcry enhanced shirt or something. You can intimidate and warcry with your pistol in hand, which cuts down the damage you take, and once you get pistolwhip its nice to warcry them for ten seconds...helped me out alot...

I'm nearly master now (35k combat xp to go). It took me 10 weeks to get there.

Took me about a month, i didn't rushed just took my time and got to know my prof, and had a hell of a time gettin there

.

Then it took me aboout a 6 hours to get rogue thanks to the 350k pistol xp left over from gettin the combat xp box

.

3 Weeks ... I followed the forum advice and went to 0040 first.. .which is great.. Should have been hunting Quenkers solo on Dant.. probably would have finished in a week and a half ...
