Does spamming Health Shot in PvE do more damage than spamming Body Shot 2? I'm noticing I kill faster (or it at least seems that way) when I spam health shot...Im not a pistoleer, but this is pistols...Im marksman pistol 4 though if that helps

Yes, with the 25 pistol speed you have at 0400 marksman, assuming you're using a scout with around 1.8 speed, HS1 will have a higher DPS than bodyshot 2.
I'd recommend running the numbers through thisto get nice comparisons 
edit: Uh... Ren, if he's at pistols 4, what use will he have of knowing HS2 is better than BS3 when he's speedcapped? =P

Well... he might want to know for when he's mastered and has BH Pistols, which most every pistoleer does...
And honestly, I didn't the post very closely.

I usually start with low blow, last ditch, eye shot, torso shot, then spam the hell out of health shot. That usually makes them good and dumb and most likely on the ground. Health shot is basically me default attack.

Desparado, it's spanish for master Pistoleer.
( FWIW I won that lil contest with " You have how many working specials? Wow, Chef sounds awesome!", but voted for the above. Brevity is the soul of wit after all)

That's why I put pistoleers lower-cased.
For me, if I put Pistoleer (upper-case "P") it refers to someone with the Pistoleer profession's |\/|/-\|) $k!ll$.Lower-case "pistoleer" refers to anyone who uses a pistol(ie.including Bounty Hunters who usethe ScatterPistol, Commandos who usethe Launcher Pistol and Rogues).
I believe (looking forward to seeing Uthyr's poll results on this) that most pistoleers (lower-cased) take BH Pistols.
